I think Byron Katie's deal is more than the 4 questions, also to include a turnaround to see how it feels to reverse or modify the thoughts so we can see the projections even more clearly. It's these turnarounds that are especially helpful to me. I enjoy her outlook usually. And I have work to do. :)

Sasha this is beautiful and thank you for your honesty and sharing your vulnerability
I have experienced this by doing the Hoffman Process which says "Everybody is Guilty, nobody is to blame
releasing me from many patterns that I learned from my parents

Thanks for your warm and enthusiastic response, Suzanne. It is great to know that you are also on this journey of taking responsibility. I agree that it stretches to what we eat also, because what we eat affects our vibration too. Every single choice we make has a consequence, be it negative or positive. I join you in making the choices that have the positive outcomes.

With love

Thank you, Blessedbyautism, for your observations and I totally agree about sarcasm and ridicule. They mask insecurity and are socially acceptable ways of communicating about people. As self-inquirers it is really important, as you say, to be vigilant with ourselves. It takes courage not to join in with a group of people in these behaviours as there is always a part of us that wants to be accepted. Have you read "A Complaint Free World" by Will Bowen? Another great book along this theme is "Change the World" by Robert Quinn.

All the best

Sasha, You are such a deep & dedicated Soul and I feel so grateful to how you guide and inspire me. Thank-you for this post. It is very courageous & heart inspiring. I have been grappling with this idea of taking 100% responsibility for awhile now. I have to admit a part of me balks at the All or Nothing aspect of it. Yet I also acknowledge there is a part of me that feels overwhelmed by all the work that is still involves, as I no longer have excuses for why things are the way they are. "What am I choosing to think?" "What am I choosing to eat?" Taking more responsibility for my situation. So I am working on that.

However, sometimes I feel the serenity prayer is more balanced, so that we can have compassion for ourselves. "G*D/UNIVERSE GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CANNOT CHANGE, THE COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CAN, THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE." Otherwise, we can end up bashing on ourselves, for things outside of our control.

I've also experienced some therapists quoting Abraham/Hicks by rote, and causing harm, like they haven't a clue, asking "How are you creating this?" with a smugness, not wanting to feel another's struggle, rather than compassion. Obviously this is not how you use the teachings. I feel that you actually work from a very high Spiritual place. I've witnessed you being incredibly loving & compassionate, with each and every person you work. In fact you are a role model for me that way. Thank-you! It seems like there is something about having compassion for someones pain, while at the same time, calling forth the strength and truth of their Soul, and not supporting their "pity party."

When I heard you say on one of your recordings, that if a person isn't able to do their homework, you will no longer work with them, they just aren't ready, I have to admit I cringe a little. Maybe I am keeping the bar too low, and expecting too little. I certainly am exploring that. However, I know my own personal work has been fraught with ambivalence. Learning how to work skillfully with my own inner parts, clearing the ambivalence, without over indulgence, has been central to my own healing. I have also found that addressing the ambivalence of the different parts is crucial to my work with others. Otherwise, a lot of people get left behind, who can't do their homework at 1st, yet obviously have the capacity to heal. I find in my client work that one of the core aspects is healing the ambivalence & helping people to find their inner fire so that they can truly dare to care. Skillful Matrix Reimprinting work has been some of the most effective inerventions in this regard.

As Nassim Haramein, the brilliant physicist says, "Yes, we are creating our World with our thoughts, maybe around 50%. However, we have to remember that everyone else on the Planet is also contributing to the Field. That's why we have to include each and everyone of us."

Any thoughts?

Love & Appreciation,
Suzanne

Lovely observations, KW. I agree, it sometimes takes courage to raise our vibration. Our comfort zone is often a very safe place to be. Sometimes we are afraid of our own light and favour the lower vibrational states as they are more familiar. Onwards and upwards always!
